Pack Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition with price tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Drop off your package at a designated collection point, schedule a courier pickup through our portal, or hand it over to a consultant at any of our physical store locations.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as a store credit within 7-10 business days.
